Appreciative Inquiry: Reframing the Question (May 12/17)

By Winnipeg Presbytery
March 16, 2017

“The capacity to reframe can be defined as the ability to seek out and study the positive opposite of any situation;
to identify and examine possibilities in place of problems.”

What is AI?

AI offers an alternative to the deficit based ‘problem solving’ paradigm that is so widely used in our churches and organisations.  The AI paradigm sees the church as a mystery that should be embraced as a community of believers with infinite imagination, infinite capacity and potential.  This makes all the difference as to how the question of congregational change and development is approached.
