Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Workshop – April 29, 2016

By Dea. Richard
February 5, 2016

What is AI?

AI offers an alternative to the deficit based ‘problem solving’ paradigm that is so widely used in our churches and organisations.  The AI paradigm sees the church as a mystery that should be embraced as a community of believers with infinite imagination, infinite capacity and potential.  This makes all the difference as to how the question of congregational change and development is approached.
Don’t miss your opportunity to register for the upcoming workshop being offered to ministries within Winnipeg and the Conference of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario – 4:00pm – 9:00pm, Friday, April 29, 2016 at St. Mary’s Road United Church (613 St. Mary`s Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3M 3L8).  Enrollment is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Registration includes dinner and refreshments for the evening, as well as the core text: Branson, Mark Lau.  Memories, Hopes, and Conversations:  Appreciative Inquiry and Congregational Change.  Herndon: Alban Institute, 2004. Print.
